Agent Secret is an international super spy played by Pablo. He visits Agent Headquarters for information and missions. Secret owns many gadgets, including a transformable car. His favorite drink is apple juice, which he likes "shaken". He is not ticklish, and his catchphrase is "Always expect the unexpected."

Agent Secret is mostly of a blue color. On most of his missions, he wears a white coat with a white dress shirt underneath, gray plaid pants and black shoes, and a black bowtie (blue bowtie in 2D art). He also wears a blue-and-yellow beanie hat with a red propeller, which is also one of his most useful spy gadgets. For underwater missions, he wears a yellow-and-black wetsuit, which was the same outfit for Surfer Pablo from Surf's Up.
