The sock machine is a machine used to create socks, located inside of the Sock Factory. From the outside, the machine appears to be a small object, but it is shown to be very large on the inside.

The machine is primarily silver. It has two circular lights and a black conveyor belt. There are many gears inside of the machine, leading to five different rooms.

The sock machine has appeared in one episode of The Backyardigans: "For the Love of Socks!" from season four.
